As a child, sitting “under the table”, I watched my mother and grandmother cooking festive dinner I realized that it amused me not less than playing outside with other kids. I was surprised to see how simple ingredients formed real gourmet dishes and later came to conclusion that nothing was as pleasing for me as home coziness and a family dinner. Working in many restaurants with the most creative foreign chefs, having tried many unusual and interesting ideas, I decided to unite the warmth, taste and coziness in one restaurant.
In July we opened a new restaurant terrassa — a simple, cozy and at the same time spacious place where the cuisines of different countries are represented. I consider terrassa to be a universal place for everybody. Together with my foreign friends we created a simple and diverse menu designed for different guests. We are constantly searching for new concepts, interesting things, creative ideas and try to bring it to our guests.
I am grateful to all those who support us and comes back again and again. I am grateful to our guests, all the terrassa personnel due to whom it all happened. And for sure I am grateful to our partners and mentors who help us choose the right way to go.
